Fulton Books author Ruth Barth, a Colorado native, a retired schoolteacher, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, has completed her most recent book “The Upside Down Dog”: a delightful read that presents Amigo and his series of dreams that turned into an adventure-filled one. His dreams were all about him chasing after animals. This continuous cycle of chasing animals always leads him into trouble. Will Amigo ever change his behavior?

Barth shares, “Amigo, a black retriever whose name means ‘friend’ in Spanish, loves having someone rub his tummy and sleeping with his favorite stuffed bear as a pillow. As he drifts off to sleep, he gives a deep sigh and rolls upside down. When he’s awake, the dog chases all animals—actually, anything with four legs. His owners don’t give him many chances to chase things, so he dreams about them. The problem is he always winds up in trouble. By the story’s end, it is hoped that he has learned that chasing animals is not a good idea. Notice Amigo’s favorite bear doing something in each of the illustrations. He may be hidden or not! Is the bear real or not? It’s up to you to find out.”

Published by Fulton Books, Ruth Barth’s book is a fascinating tale that will not only warm the hearts of the readers but will also feed their imagination.

Truly a must-read for every dog lover out there.
