Recent release “Pause, Ponder, Pray” from Covenant Books author Kathleen M. Tiedemann invites readers to take a break from their busy and hectic lives to take a moment and praise God for all that He provides. Using her gift of prose, Tiedemann shares ways in which one can find their way back to the Lord and rebuild a strong connection with Him.

Kathleen M. Tiedemann, a poet who served as an administrative specialist in the Air Force and was both a secretary and an instructor for the Adult Basic Education Department at a community college, has completed her new book, “Pause, Ponder, Pray”: a compilation of poetry that focuses on taking time to recenter one’s self and find one’s way back to God.

“This collection of poetry and prose is a culmination of decades of writing, revising, and rewriting again,” shares Tiedemann. “I hope that readers will see beyond the words on the page, meditate upon the Scripture verses, and let their minds develop their own creative insight and response as they pause, ponder, and pray.

“Daily we are bombarded with information to the point of overload, so stepping back and finding a quiet spot to tune out distractions may result in regaining perspective. This book in your hands was written to provide an exit from the hectic and an avenue to reconnect with the Lord.”

Published by Covenant Books of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Kathleen M. Tiedemann’s new book is aimed at helping readers to pause and reflect on their daily lives, and recognize the goodness that God brings to them. Using her wordsmith abilities, Tiedemann crafts the perfect tool for those seeking to slow down and better appreciate their lives.

Readers can purchase “Pause, Ponder, Pray” online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
